Can a parking spot be created in the backyard off the side street? Street parking in that area is extremely tight.

No it can not be created as the back is land locked by another house. The parking on Bertmount is pretty easy as I’ve always got a spot whenever I come at all hours of the day. Furthermore, the owner (last 43 years) had a car and always parked on the street without issue. We’re open both Sat & Sun from 1 to 5pm if you’d like to see it. Please note, the house is ‘raw’ and requires a complete gut reno.
